Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai Hotel, Dubai

The hotel is conveniently situated near Ibn Battuta Mall and the metro station, but it's a bit far from major areas in Dubai. The rooms are small and tired-looking, with persistent odors, and some were not ready upon arrival. The service quality varied from extremely responsive and friendly to unresponsive and frustrating at times. The dining experience ranged from good to average, with the staff making efforts to rectify mistakes. The hotel offers a pleasant location near the mall and metro station.

The hotel was truly a luxurious experience, fit for sultans, with incredibly spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was a culinary delight, offering a wide array of choices. The valet parking service, however, was exceptional and saved the hassle of parking.

Staying at this hotel was like a royal experience fit for sultans with a lovely, very spacious suite. The breakfast buffet was a sight to behold, offering an overwhelming variety that I called the 'breakfast bazaar. ' Valet service and card access added to the convenience. However, the late room cleaning at 7 pm was a minor inconvenience.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, the rooms were not ideal for families with small kids due to their layout, with a hallway in between them, although the suite was impressive. On the other hand, there were some issues with the pricing and the attitude of the staff when discussing room availability. Despite these challenges, the hotel provided 24-hour lighting and had no sockets near the desk in the rooms.

The hotel offers spacious and comfy rooms, with a musty smell in one of them, but the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The outdoor sitting area at night was lovely, and the decor was breathtaking. The service is top-notch, especially from Joan and Delia who are brilliant and supportive. The location is welcoming, with quick access to transportation options. The dining experience offers delicious options but lacks variety at times.
